"At the INSEIT meeting at CEPE 2007 we had a good discussion of many of the issues confronting the organization including growth and membership. If you haven’t taken the time to renew your membership, please do. At the INSEIT meeting we also discussed the location for our next CEPE conference. The one complete proposal presented was from the Ionian University in Corfu, Greece. The proposal was well thought out and impressive. The consensus at the meeting was in support of it.
The INSEIT board also was favorably impressed by it. So, begin to plan now to be in Corfu, Greece, during June, 2009! An excellent location in the birthplace of Western philosophy."

The conference will be organized by the Department of Informatics
and the Department of Archival and Library Sciences of the Ionian University.
