Participation of I.U research team in the Workshop entitled "2023 Sensemaking with Projects Workshop" within the framework of the EIT-HEI Initiative

The two-day Workshop - Working Meeting entitled "2023 Sensemaking with Projects Workshop” was held on 25th and 26th October 2023, by the HEI Initiative of the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT). The action took place in Bologna, Italy at the National Research Center Building. 

The workshop brought together cohort 2 funded projects, the Initiative's Project Management Team executives from the 8 EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) and other key stakeholders from the EIT. 

As part of the two-day workshop, EIT Knowledge Community officials offered a series of workshops aimed at identifying challenges for participants to develop competitive strategies to achieve the key objectives set by the HEI Initiative of the EIT. 

The consortium managing the DIN-ECO project (Boosting Digital Innovation and Transformation Capacity of HEIs in an Entrepreneurial ecosystem), coordinated by the Ionian University, participated in the two-day event with three (3) representatives: the Scientific Coordinator of the consortium, Adamantia Pateli, Professor of the Informatics Department of the I.U, Panagiotis Vlamos, Professor of the Informatics Department of the I.U and Head of the University Research Center (URC) and Naoum Mylonas, Assistant Professor of the Department of Tourism of the I.U.
