As there has been no new expression of interest from other universities, the SAR Greece governing board for the next two years (2025-2027) will remain the same: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki – Prof. Alexandros Triantaphyllidis Ionian University – Prof. Stavros Katsios University of the Aegean – Prof. Nikolaos Nagopoulos SAR Greece is a partnership between Greek higher education institutions and research centers and Scholars at Risk, an international network dedicated to promoting academic freedom and protecting the rights of scholars worldwide
