We invite all students to participate in the 1st workshop titled: "Analysis of Needs and Priorities for Skills Development Using Artificial Intelligence in Tourism and Hospitality" organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "AI-Enabled SkillBuilding for Tourism and Hospitality: Bridging the Industry–Academia Divide (BIAD)".
The project is funded under the ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PI-ALL-INNO-EDU-ENTERP – Alliances for Education and Enterprises program (Project Coordinator: Luca Reitano, Forma Camera, Rome, Italy).

Active student participation is considered particularly important, as the workshop aims to identify contemporary educational and training needs in critical thematic areas—including digital skills, environmental (green) skills, and resilience skills—that are essential for a sustainable, digitally advanced, and resilient tourism sector.
Workshop Thematic Areas:
The workshop will include discussions and activities in the following thematic areas:
• Market trends affecting skills in tourism
• Digital skills
• Environmental skills
• Resilience skills
• Training needs and learning formats
All participants will have the opportunity to:
• contribute to shaping future educational initiatives of the project
• secure priority access to free BIAD training programs
• receive a certificate of attendance (full attendance and participation in all activities required)
