For lovers of Renaissance music, the well known ensemble of the Ionian University will perform works from the Baroque era in the church of Saint George. This well established concert is both a highlight of the International Festival, and a showcase for the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University, which claims leadership in the field of the music of former times.
