On Thursday, December 31st, 2020 and Friday, January 1st, 2021, the streaming of the projection mapping and the in situ performance which was created within the framework of the celebration by the Region of Ionian Islands for the 200th anniversary of the 1821 revolution took place. The artwork that will be projected, entitled "Sound and Light 1821 - 2021", was designed and implemented entirely by the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University.

The event was an overall reconstruction of its original organization as a face to face experience at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Austria.
