Dr Anastasia Parianou, Professor at DFLTI, and Dr Sigmund Kvam, Professor at the Østfold University College in Norway, led a seminar entitled 'Textanalyse und Translation' (Text analysis and Translation).The seminar was held between the 3rd and 6th April 2017 at DFLTI, in which the German-speaking students of the DFLTI took part.

The Ionian University Summer School for Greek Language, History and Civilization is addressed to young people of Greek origin living in the Greek diaspora, between 18 and 30 years old, who are interested in the Greek language and Greek culture. The Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University proudly announces that the e-book with the proceedings of the interdisciplinary conference "Taboo-Transgression-Transcendence in Art and Science 2016" has been released. The electronic edition includes more than 40 chapters, in Greek and in English, of authors from 16 different countries.
