Μουσείο Αντιβουνιώτισσας O ναός αφιερωμένος στην Υπεραγία Θεοτόκο «Κυρά Αντιβουνιώτισσα», αποτελεί ένα από τα χαρακτηριστικότερα εκκλησιαστικά μνημεία της πόλης της Κέρκυρας και βρισκόταν ήδη σε λειτουργία από τον 15ο αιώνα. Είναι το αρχαιότερο, πληρέστερο και καλύτερα διατηρημένο παράδειγμα «Επτανησιακής Βασιλικής». Μετά τις αναστηλωτικές επεμβάσεις στο μνημείο τα έτη 1984, 1994 και 1999-2000 καθώς και την ολοκλήρωση του μουσειολογικού προγράμματος, στην Αντιβουνιώτισσα εκτίθεται μόνιμα πλούσια και σημαντική συλλογή φορητών εικόνων και κειμηλίων. Η συλλογή περιλαμβάνει σημαντικά έργα επωνύμων και ανωνύμων καλλιτεχνών, από τον 15ο αιώνα έως και τον 20ο αιώνα και αντιπροσωπεύει πλήρως έξι αιώνες θρησκευτικής καλλιτεχνικής έκφρασης και δημιουργίας στην Κέρκυρα αλλά και τα Επτάνησα. ![]() |
